What is your cancellation policy?

Calls that are canceled 48 hours in advance will be permitted to be rescheduled based on my availability. All cancellations should be via email, falon@captivationcoaching.com, and should be confirmed by me.

If calls are not canceled with advance notice this call will be forfeited. Under my sole discretion, I will allow rescheduling of calls that were missed due to emergency circumstances. (Forgetting your appointment is not an emergency circumstance).

What if I am late for my appointment?

Both of our time is valuable. Therefore, I give you a 15 minute grace period to arrive at your appointment. After 15 minutes your appointment will be forfeited. If you arrive late, there is no guarantee you will receive the entire duration of your appointment. My schedule is very busy and I cannot push other appointments back.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of my business, and your immediate access to your files, I do not offer refunds.

What if I cannot pay in full?

I never want the ability to pay to be a hindrance to your growth. I have created payment plans for all programs and would be happy to assist you in setting up a plan that works for you. Please note that if a payment is 5 days late, your account will be suspended until brought current. This means you will no longer have access to your course materials and your phone/zoom calls will be delayed.
